Account gets banned messagw

Hi Guys
I recently openened up a Bankaccount to store some stuff on it.
When i logged in today i was online for a split second got disconnected and now it says my account has been banned.
Is that a known issue or do i have to do something about it myself?

Can you please supply the character name of your bank so we can look into this.
