Account Appeal

I would like to make an appeal on my account, 'Lites / Fireplace', which was banned for 'multiboxing'. I am aware of the fact, that I broke the rules of your server, and am on grounds for punishment. However, I do not believe the punishment should be as severe as a permanent ban, to an account I have spend a lot of time and effort on. I have been told in the past to read the TOU, and I have, but clearly had a misunderstand of the multiboxing issue.
Under Multiboxing Section, under ToU aggrement, it states; "The following rules are not meant to be exhaustive, and using multiple characters to level, farm reputation, run dungeons, do raids and/or engage in PVP is considered Multiboxing."
As I was not in violation of anything this rules describes, I feel that have been punished unfairly. As to what I WAS doing on multiple accounts, was simple, on my main account "lites" I was on an alt waiting for an invite from a grp, located in tirisfal glades. On my secondary account, I was checking mail box on an alt toon, who was located in an inn in goldshire, and had alt f4 offline, switching back to my main account.
There is however another rule, under the section Multiboxing, stating; "Each case of Multiboxing will be judged individually and thoroughly. There are a few specific situations where you may have two characters in-game simultaneously, *only while both characters are in a major city*"
As neither of the toons were located in a major city, that THIS part of the 'rule' had been broken, and I see this as a very grey area, which can be easily misinterpreted, and feel that a permanent ban to my account is far to severe an action for a mistake like that. certainly punishable, but not to that degree.
Please reconsider your decision.
Thank you
