Repeat disconnects after ~10 secs of gameplay HELP

Hello Gamemaster!
My name's Mike.
My char is called Mîkè and and I play on the Nostalrius Begins PVP realm.

So as of a few hours ago, I have been experiencing repeat disconnects. At the time, I was in a group for RFD. Not a single of my other party members were being disconnected. So I assumed that I must be having a connection issue. My latency was pretty high too. After exiting and re logging into the game, my latency was better. Since then, I continued to disconnect repeatedly about every 10 seconds of game play.

Initially, my first worry was that maybe someone was trying to log into my account, we were kicking each other out, and the hacker was being persistent. I then decided to reset my password. I did so on both of my accounts. (I created and play chars on two different accounts as a means of security in case one of them is compromised from getting hacked as getting hacked is the only thing I think i could get permabanned for.) So next i try to log into my other account. I was met with the same issue. Disconnection after about 10 seconds of gameplay. Yesterday this was not an issue. The only disconnects I have had had been in accordance with server resets of maintenance.

My next step was to search this forum. After sifting through pages upon pages of posters with bad english complaining about being banned for botting, I failed to find someone with the same issue as I did. My hope is that answer can find their way to me now through this post.

I will be trying to log into my accounts from a friends computer to troubleshoot if it is my computer.
If the issue persists after that this might be a game breaker for me. Of course I won't leave immediately though, I would wait a few days then try and try again. Hopefully this clears up on its own and I can resume my Nostalgia trip on my warrior, the greatest class in game.

I ran into this issue shortly after Nostalrius release because apparently I had an altered .MPQ file in my wow folder. Re-downloading the client solved the issue.
