Banned/Closed Account?

Hi Folks.
My account was banned last night w/o any warning, only that i violated the terms of the agreement.
And thats the end of the story?

The account associated with Boomblastér was banned for account sharing. If you'd like to appeal, you may want to provide some information about why this, and why it could be a mistake.

Well first of all, me and my friend were playing on LAN at my house and while we we're playing there hasn't been any contact via the GM - until the sudden approach where he claimed I violated the terms.
And there wasn't any warning given, and i've never been given any either (Unless you can show some?) cause I hardly think i've been given any.
And we didnt share any info on the accounts.
And why is it wrong that I play with my friend at my house via LAN ???

I can vouch for boom, i was on skype with them ( we live close ) and he was on LAN with a friend, what they did there i dont know. but both of them where playing on nostalrius..
Note: I'm not trying to misslead the Game Masters, im just stating the fact that they where both on LAN and played on nost, and once again: more than that i dont know.

I will shed some light on the situation, your accounts was investigated for multiboxing but later on you admitted to playing your friends account while he was away, therefore your accounts was closed.
We do treat all cases equally.
B. Account sharing/trading
You may not purchase, sell, gift, share, lend or trade any account, or offer to purchase, sell, gift, share, lend or trade any account, and any such attempt will result in an immediate account closure.
