Bank character banned, should be easy to resolve.

Character name: Elescrolls
What happened: I just logged him in, that's all. I was rotating between some of my characters to check if they had space in the bank. Didn't actually do anything.
I'm super aware of the rules and have done nothing wrong so could you contact me for a minute and resolve it? It's probably just a system ban, happened before and was resolved quickly.
Before posting this I've waited for a little while to see if the ban would wear off automatically, it has not. I have also checked on the website and it does not give my any additional info.
I am very familiar with the rules and have broken none. I'd love if this could be resolved somewhat quick so I can access my consumables for raids. Love you.
