Account Banned - Permanently again

Hello Dear GM's

After you've unlocked the account again, i went online really quick, and same issue.

my account is banned again.

Ayuherb PVP Realm.

do we have some kind of automated issue? should i make a new account?

Don't use the chat channels before you are level 15, that is what gets you banned.

If you have any addons writing messages, then disable them.

As Mimma said, don't use chat channels, /s or /y until about level 10. Automated anti-gold advertiser mechanisms may auto-ban your account if you do. We will unban it again.

Thanks guys! I'll look into that and deactivate all my addons on this account!

i didn't use any of the channels, i actually just checked my mail. but maybe one of the addons does something and the char is only lvl 1.

Thanks for the help! i'll be on in right away and will give feedback in this post, the ban usually takes places after a couple of minutes so should be easy to test.

Update:

after talking to some of my guildmates, it was probably the Guild Event Manager spamming the gemchanneldefault. i deleted the addon now since we're not using it and hope this has fixed the issue.
