After breaking the terms of agreement the first time and getting my account closed, I found i would give it a shot again and try from the start - by making a main char and then a bank alt

And now it just closed? I was at the AH with my bank alt quickly.
I didnt even reach lvl3 before you shut it down.

V. Permanent ban
The most serious sanction. Permanent bans are rare but definitive. This sanction is applied in case of multiple violations of the rules, or after multiple account interruptions, as well as any of the following:

Scamming.
COD Scamming;
Hacking;

Exchanging accounts, gold, items, or any ingame services for another game's features;
Selling/Buying accounts, gold, items, or any ingame services with real money;
Publishing software, methods or articles on cheating which can be applied on the server.

I don't think you were banned for breaking the rules this time, but simply because of the spam filter. if this is the case, a GM should revert the ban soon.

It is recommended you don't use the chat channels until you are level 15.

Wow, I didnt even use any /1 /world etc etc

Some addons "chat" (write in chat channels) as well, they could cause the ban.

Hmm, can't say I have any CHAT addons on my folder at the moment

It could be any addon communicating with other players, for example Gatherer, SwStats, Guild Event Manager etc. - all those are addons which use the addon channel to communicate.

The effect of the addon might be so, but by the time I made the account and set it up... I didnt have the time or even the knowledge for that. And it's quite disturbing, because I feel ignored towards this..

Seems fishy but i reckon you actually got banned legit you haven't even been truthful enough to explain how you got banned in the first place?

Like you've probably been banned more than once reveal the account and characters you had prior explain what you really got banned for, pleb.

I'm not going to depate this but I really doubt that.
