I knew the normal way of banning multiboxing is to have choice between which account gets banned and I'd like to be treated as such. In my case I want the mage to be banned, since it was also the character who received the warning unlike the paladin.

This is a dated policy; one which is no longer valid. The current policy, stated in the Terms of Use, is that both accounts get banned.

Also, both accounts received prior warning, not just the mage.
