Hi GM team,

I(Sugared - pvp realm), am writing to express my sincerest apologies for accidently using a Anti-AFK bot., get banned .I realize that my behaviour was totally inappropriate and disrespectful.

I would appreciate the opportunity to put right my wrongs and prove to you that I have learned from my mistake. If you can kindly lift the ban, it will never ever happen again.

I hope you will allow me the opportunity to express my apology again. Thank you!
