Banned within 10 minutes of starting?!?

Hello Nostalrius team,

I have always enjoyed playing WoW but with the new way they are moving the game retail wise, the excitement just wasn't the same. I gave it a shot, created an account and downloaded the client through your website. I was amazed that it actually worked and with ease!! I had my account up and running in no time! As I logged in and created my first character just for a test trial "Eldermagic" a level 1 human Mage on the pvp server. I was completely blown away! This is exactly what I've been looking for, a version of vanilla wow that brought back so many memories I can't even begin to start explaining my excitement. Out of curiosity of how active the realm was, I decided to make a straight run to storm wind to check it out. Similar to another users post, I wanted to ask a couple of questions in the general chat which I was hit back with not being allowed to type in these channels yet. After another second or two, I was kicked out and while reloading in, my account has been permanently banned!?!? I realize now that most likely this happened because I was a level 1 trying to post in general chats. I can assure you that I am not someone who is trying to sell gold, spam chat, or any other violation of the code of conduct. I am simply veteran player that is extremely excited to restart his journey in Azeroth!! Classic style. Please if there is any way you can look into this and remove the ban so that I can start playing ASAP, this would be greatly appreciated. I want to thank the entire Nostalrius staff for putting in the effort in creating this visual world, and bringing life back to a game that I grew to know and love. Please help!!!
