Banned account?

I tried to log in and kept disconnecting me.
So i tried several more times and now it says i'm banned. I can't even login to the site as it says bad credentials?

Remove the account name, it is half the information needed for chinese hackers to get control over your account.
Your account will be temporary banned for a shorter time if you log in with wrong password too many times.
Wait a little and try again.
if you want help from the GM's, then post a character and realm name.

Your account has never been banned.
You probably got an automatic temporarily IP ban due to several failed login attempts.
If you forgot your password, you can resett it here

How long is this IP ban for? It's been two days now.

Can you please provide the name of the character on the account and which server it is on so we can have a second look. The temporary ban should not last that long.

As Leythia said, your account has never been banned. I'd suggest resetting your password using the link provided, and see if that frees it up. That way you know at least you've got the right password.
