Requesting to be unbanned

To my knowledge, i have not broken any rules, so i assume that i was banned for my name because it has "sale" in it. I have done no gold farming, selling, or buying, i probably only have like 3 silver. I am a druid who was planning on going Resto (tree form) so i tried making my name somewhat punny. Is there anyway my actions can be forgiven? or atleast maybe just delete the toon but not ban the whole account.. im at your mercy. thanks for reading.
