Account closed after randomly disconnecting.

So, the account was closed after disconnecting in game. When trying to login I get a message saying "This World of Warcraft account has been closed and is no longer available for use.". I don't see a ban message on the web page after logging in (I read the troubleshooter), and was lead to write in here for a solution. I really hope you can help.
