Yes, guild banks has being banned before for account sharing. I think you found the reason to your ban now.

The account associated with character Awakenbank on the PvP server has been banned as a result of using chat channels at very low levels. The ban is under review.

Try to limit the use of public chat channels below level 15 as there are spam prevention mechanisms in place in order to combat gold seller spam.
