Hello,

I've been having issues with trying to log in to my account. I stopped playing for a couple of months and when I came back, I get a message that states that the information I've entered is invalid.

Two of my character names are Decomis and Zallos. I am not sure how to verify which server I am on, though if somebody could direct me in how to check that then I would be happy to.

The account associated with character Decomis on the PvP realm has never been banned. There is no account associated with that character name on the PVE realm.

You will need to remember or find your account name, and the correct password to log in. If you have the account name but not the password, you can change it at https://en.nostalrius.org/login, by clcking on the "Forgot your password?" link (do NOT log in.)
