a few days ago I was accused of Botting in an AV and was perma banned.
I told the GM I was using a Google Chrome Desktop remote to play away from my computer.
I understand afking a BG is frowned apon but I was wrongly banned for using a bot.

According to the ToS; B. Bots; including, but not limited to, any code, hardware and/or software that allows the automated control of the Game, or any feature or component thereof.

I wasn't doing anything wrong to break the TOS.
I would really appreciate it if you'd just provide me with some proof? to know if I was hacked and someone was botting at another point in time? or if this is a case of mistaken identity?

If you're going to ban people without proof you're going to have to at least appeal to the number of innocent players who will be falsely accused in the process.

Just this little part i hilighted is enouth to consider every program outside of the WoW Game a bot. So if they want to say it is a bot, the ToS give them the right to do so.

Everybody wants it, nobody will ever get it just because of the security reason.
Beside that, what do you think should a proof look like to you? A .txt? a .log? Something every GM could easily made up?
You don't know the architecture of the system, so it's comprehensible to assume you won't understand it, even if they show you a proof.

They don't have to. It's there server and as they are no customers, only users, they don't have to fear any loss in income. There is no obligatory to customer satisfaction towards people who demand service for free.
