Permament ban

10 min ago, i got a perm ban for a reason "account exchange". As far as I understand.
But there is one problem. I create this account from my friend PC, so it's another IP adress, MAC etc.
I did not buy an account, didn't exchange it for ANY GAME FEATURES, so perm ban it's pretty unfair. I spent about 8 days of clear online to lvl and gear up my char, and now its just blocked for no reason.
I am not a scammer, cheater, bagger or whatever. So, im just hope for understanding.
