Banned for hacking...

Hello. A year ago my account got banned for some hacking attempts with a 3rd party exe. Is it possible to get unbanned? I had like lv 30 and I really want to start playing again, but the first levels are a pain and i want to play my char again. I've learned my lesson. Please do consider an unban, or at least delete my char so i can reuse that name. Thanks
