Accidentally banned, looking for support

I tried to log in one day only at first being able to not connect to the servers, then i tried logging on the next day only to find that i am banned.

I havent played on the server too much, my highest lvl char being 19 named 'Pyronk'

I think the cause for this was when i installed an addon called !Questie into my addons folder. I reckon it might have been mistaken for cheating software and auto banned me.

Im not angry or anything because stuff like this happens but i would appreciate if my account could be unbanned

I have checked my account on the nostalrius website and i have no notifications of being banned

Not sure but if you tried repeatedly to log in and failed they have an auto ip ban to prevent hacking accounts. Not sure how many times you tried to log in but if it was multiple times that may be your issue. Might want to try resetting your password if you can find nothing saying you have been banned (not sure if it actually says it but have heard it says your account is closed or something like that if you have been banned)

your account is not banned. Please make sure that you're writing your password correctly as Multikai gave you good advice. You can also check the sticky threads in Support.
