Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

So I just got home from work, and I tried to log on but I got the "please visit www.wow-europe/en/misc/banned.html" message, I have no idea why and have read the "before posting, read this" topic post, but the solutions given did not work for me. The only thing I can think of would be to reset my password, please advise on how to do so if at all possible. Thanks

They need your character name (not account name, just a character from your account) and which realm to do any checking.

Edit : Assuming since it sent you that link it is a ban and not a password problem unless you tried logging in repeatedly with no success resulting in a temp IP ban.

Remove the username (account name), that is half the information needed for chinese hackers to hack your account, and is a clear sign that you don't take account security seriously.

GM's only need a character and realm name.
