I was banned for account exchange. But I did not buy an account, didn't exchange it for ANY GAME FEATURES (read the rules). So, where is the fact of exchange? Any evidence?
I told you, that its my account, i reg it from friend of mine PC. We are from one country, city, district, almost always playing together. Is it against the rules? Show me please that § of rules.
I think that i was banned from personal motives of game master Leythia.

I'm sorry to say this, but that could be seen as the rule you are looking for.
Even if you were banned on a personal motive, that sentence of the ToS makes it legitimate.

Yes, perhaps you're right. But you know what? This server has a wonderful policy . Do they even need these "rules"? They can ban anyone, even if one of GM friend complained on me, cause I loot BoE epic. Permament ban for this. Just know, guys, that any of you could be next. There is enough envious and mean people on this server. So just, be patient, and wait for your ban.
Probably, they will remove this topic, because it will remind of GM's incompetence to everyone.

2 days ago me and Syna (same in-game names) were summoned to GM Island. We talked with him on Skype atm and were pretty confused. After a series of questions i was ported out but Syna got permament ban for selling/sharing acc reason. As i know he didn't do anything against the Nost rules but created acc from another PC (after my suggestion to play together).
His account was created for playing and enjoying the game, not for any profit, acc/gold manipulations etc.
And ofcourse we both think that this ban is absolutely undeserved

I would say it's not the intention of a GM to ban everybody. It would be just work without gaining something.
So they make rules to let everybody now what you have to do to not get banned.

You know what, this sentence is included in almost every ToS.
Look it trough you will find this even in the ToS of your phone.

It's not a sign of incompetence, just a reminder that everybody agreed to be treated like that.

Nope. Your account has been banned for Account Trading/Gifting, which is forbidden by the ToS.
You know the meaning of gifting? Get something without giving something.

I will say it again. I didn't violate the ToS, this is my account. Pivko my friend IRL, i was playing from his home sometimes. It's an everyday occurrence for friend, you know?
