Account Closed

Hello There,

I just tried to log in and received an 'Account is closed and no longer available for use' message
Wondering if I can get a review/explanation?

PvP server
Character: timbits

The last thing that happened was:
- I was playing in AB and I lost connection
- logged back in as a ghost and couldn't res.
- tried to log in again later when internet was more stable and got the 'Account closed' message.
