GM's does not restore deleted characters.

Be more careful next time you chose to press Delete and confirm the Popup by typing Delete too. It can't be that hard,.

Nostalrius staff will not recover any lost characters, regardless of circumstances. We do not recover any lost items or currency except raid items with the rarity of Epic and above which can be restored in the case of a Server crash/roll-back, providing an in-game ticket is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:

On the plus side you were only 21, create a new character and you can be back there in no time. That's really your only option
