This happened on my lv 7 warlock, named omegawarlock in stormwind on the pvp server. i was typing a question in trade chat and as soon as I pressed enter i was disconnected and banned. I assume this was an automated process because there is no other way for this to make sense.

I did some research and im 90% sure that i got banned because i used trade chat at too low a level, so it seems like i have to wait until lv 15 before i talk in trade if i don't want to risk getting banned.

Try to avoid using public chat channels until level 15 since this can result in false positives of our chat protection.
