banned issue wrong,pls help

hi, my character is Vampiredevin, horde, PVP server, I was banned 2 days ago, and I received banned permanently, I received the reply from GM said that I use an Anti-AFK bot, but Seriously I didn't use it and the reason I AFK in the last battle is that the fire alarm in our building rangļ¼ and for safety, our rules is that everyone immediately downstairs and out of the apartment. That's why I AFK in that battle and when I came back I found that my account has been locked and could you please help me to resolve the issue? Because to be honest I didn't use any Anti-AFK bot in this game and I really follow your rules to play this game and I feel really sad about this.
