Character Problem

Hi, GM ,
My last thread was locked that I could not reply the detail of my friends problems. Maybe that is my problem that did not make clear request. my friend account is good to log on, however, his main character, the lvl60 undead warrior was deleted by the thief, and replaced to a lvl 1 gnome warrior with same name. help to restore her former character please. he did not do anything wrong, and currently just reached rank 10 with great effort, thief must know to delete his character and replaced then will be quite difficult to track the gold. now, I am just asking the possibility of restore the main character please.
