False Positive Account Ban - Level 5 Trade Chat

Hi Nostalrius Staff,

My account triggered a false positive ban while playing my Level 5 Warlock named "Popnlockn" on the PVP server. I was immediately banned after I said the following in trade chat, "Buying Gromsblood - please send tell."

I made a level 5 character to play with my brothers. I enjoy playing the auction house, rather than leveling. My brothers sent me some money, and in-return, I agreed to help sell their items and find potions/crafting materials to help them.

I have limited time to play and my brothers are all 55+ I play the auction house so I can still be useful to them.

Please unban my account (which also happens to have my brother's money on it). Let me know if there's anything I can do to help.
