Account banned for no apparent reason

It seems I have been banned for no reason at all. I was in the middle of playing Arathi Basin when I was disconnected. Upon attempting to reconnect, I received notification that I had been banned. I tried logging in via https://en.nostalrius.org/login to check for a possible reason but I get a "404 not found" error when attempting to log in. edit: Actually, I am still able to log in from the site's homepage, whatever that means.

All I have done on my account in the past 2-3 weeks is PvP in battlegrounds. In the entire time that I have played here, I have not engaged in any illegal activity, nor any misconduct that would warrant a permanent ban. I am incredibly disappointed that this can happen after having spent nearly 20 days playing here. I hope some mistake has been made, and I look forward to a response from the staff.
