Hey, I have just been banned. I kept getting DC when I used the addon called AutoProfit. And after a couple of DCs, it tells me that I am banned. My character is Xyf on PvE realm! Hope you can clearify it

Your account has never been banned.

You most likely entered a wrong password several times and got an automatic IP ban.

This ban will lift on its own after some time.
