Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

My account was banned (character Lace, PVP server horde) for multiboxing. I was unaware leveling a character like that was against the ToU and was not given a "Last Warning" as the terms indicate but rather the account was closed completely. This was my first offense of any sorts and I was wondering if this could be rectified.
