Lost item from Maraudon

I finally got the ring from Maraudon and then the server crashed and I was rollbacked and ring was gone.
The weird thing about is that I first looted the ring for my self and then gave the plate leggings to a warrior and he still got the legs but my ring is gone.

Unfortunately we're not able to recover lost or sold items, except due to server crash lost raid loot, if specific criterias are met.
