Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Yesterday I was banned on a level 19 character after coming back from a long break. I made a thread and recieved a response which makes absolutely no sense to me.

I dont even speak to people in game outside of friends so not really sure whats going on. Looking for some clarification if possible.

edit: Was this because in the time span between the account creation and now I bought a new PC? Can provide proof of that if needed. I just have no idea what "Account Scamming" is even referring to.

I know it hasn't been long since I made this thread (coming up on a day). Just looking for more information on what this "Account Scamming" is but to also get this over turned rather than start over again. Its not the levels that matters its the items and time my friends put in to help me out.
