Account not available for use

I can no longer log into my account, it was closed for unspecified reason. I've had two lv60 chars created on the same account to not fall in temptation of having both active at the same time and boosting myself, and have not used any exploits/bugs to gain in game advantage, to my knowledge that is. Is the ban permanent?
