Log on today with system messages concerning the bugged quest in Silithus. I opened a ticket at +/- 3pm this afternoon and its now 10:30pm. My Ticket had yet to be answered.

Last time I had a ticket open about I bugged items I got I was still banned (I logged off before I got a answer to my ticket) . Please this is to notify you I'm waiting over 7hrs now for answer and I don't want to log off till I get one.
8hrs now. Ticket not attended to.
9hrs now. Ticket not attended to.
10hrs now. Ticket not attended to.
18hrs now. Ticket not attended to.

Items obtained in Silithus on 10th Feb
Boots = Vendored on 10th Feb as it was not a upgrade.
Legs = Deleted on 11th Feb after seeing system messages.
