First and foremost I would like to thank the GM reviewing this post and taking their time to hear my side of the story. I understand being a GM on this server can be quite demanding and is often thankless; so thank you for helping the server that I have spent a lot of time enjoying.

I would like to begin by addressing Arx_1's post, he seems to not fully understand what was ocurring as we were fighting Tyrande. During this encounter Tyrande never once tried to reset and also Tyrande was able to reach me on the ledge. I did infact take some damage from her throughout the encounter to prove it. If we were able to attack Tyrande and she could not reach us she would Evade.

With the errors Arx_1 made addressed I would like to continue on and explain how this situation occurred. When we went to kill Tyrande I was told that she only melees. This was my first time killing Tyrande on this server so I was unsure how the encounter would go. We started off with Korbac tanking and I pulled agro soon after. When I pulled agro I instinctively kited her using the same stratgey I used in Silithus on the AQ steps to kite the demon.

Any rules I may have broken were out of ignorance and without maliciousness. I only used my given hunter abilities and the environment around me. I have played on this server almost since launch and have no past offenses or instances of mallicious activity. I found it disheartening that I put many hours into this account gaining full tier 1 and tier 2 playing by the rules only to have them banned. I would have never even stepped near Tyrande had I known this would result in a permaban.

All that I ask is that you review my case fairly.

I would like to piggyback on this. The GMs have released a new patch, deal with the Armaments of War, and the Chinese wintrading. You guys are working overtime and I would like to thank you for all of your efforts.

These four people that were banned are part of my guild have been a pleasure to lead through progression. They honestly did not think they were doing anything wrong when they killed Tyrande. To be honest I was in the VOIP with them at the time and I didn't think they did anything wrong at the time. Our guild has a no exploiting policy and doing so will result in removal from Pantheon.

Whatever your decision is thank you for your time, but they really had no idea they were exploiting a bug with the pathing of the mob. It is very similar to the same strat used to kite the mine layer in AV and Lieutenants.

I know you all are very busy with the new content that was released. I am begging on the behalf of my guildies to spend a moment looking at this before dismissing the topic.

I would also like to vouch for my guildie Oldblood who I personally know would never exploit any mechanic in game and risk losing all his character's work. I have been speaking to him these past few days and he is truly upset over this. I personally ask the hard working GMs of Nostalrius to please reconsider their decision in the banning of Oldblood. It would truly be a very heartbreaking day in Pantheon if we lose Oldblood and the others whom were effected by this ban.

It would be much appreciated if a GM would at least take this into consideration and actually look into the matter rather than brushing it off. I would love to see that the Gms here care about the people playing their game. I love it here and i hope that the GMs here have as high quality of service that the server offers.

this bann worries me because a very large portion of the server does this same thing in order to kill mobs. Here are a few examples.
1)Kiting the dogs in DMN as a mage using the ledge to help gather them together and jumping on/off to have the dogs change direction to correct their path to you.
2)in AV people do this tactic to kite the mine layer and the dude in the first bunker (cant remember the name).
3) on hunter guides on nost forums it tells you do do this technique to kill the silithus demon.
4)On almost every tribute run i have been to we do this technique to have the healer on the high ledge and get healer agroe on chorush, then he can drop down if the king isnt dead by the time the mob goes all the way up the ramp to the healer.
There are just a few examples off the top of my head which brings concern to me over why these people were banned.
