Sorry guys but i really don't understand why i am banned, i was playing for the first time in your server and when i reached undercity i've been banned O_O

I noticed that something with my chats were going wrong... i wasn't able to type in s chat... and i tried ask about it in general and SBAM bann hammer 1 wormcase 0

can i have my account back?

mmmm maybe i've understood where is the problem....
I logged in nostalrius with a vanilla wow i had from an other server, i suppose that this is the real problem, now i'm downloading nostalrius installer and restore the wow folder.

At the moment i would like only to know if i can get my account back or if i must make a new one.

Often characters under level 15 who speak in public channels can be auto banned to prevent gold sellers advertising there goods, maybe you have been banned mistakenly for this reason, I have seen this happen to many people in the forums and they are usually able to get there account back. Maybe you could message a forum moderator

You most probably got a ban from the chat spam filter. You will have to wait for a GM to review the case.

It is recommended you do not use the chat channels before reaching level 15 to avoid (false) bans.
