Perm Ban?? What did I do?

Ive played this game religiously and got a perm ban today. I cancelled 2 live accounts to come here. I did nothing to violate the TOA. Why am I banned???

Remove the email address and the account name - GM's only need a character and realm name.
Since you don't care the slightest about account security, let me remind you that a hacked account is your responsibility - GM's does not restore lost gold, items or deleted characters.
