Ban without any reason

I create 5 lvl bank char for trading in AH. I sent one message in trade chanell trying to sell item and after few second i had disconnect and ban. What i need to do ?

It is adviced that you don't use the chat channels until you are level 15 - annoying, but unfortunately necessary to combat the gold sellers.
A GM will review the case when he reach you in the queue.

Try to avoid using public chat channels below level 15 since this can result in false positives of our chat protection.
