I was questing in Tanaris and I d/c. I tried to relog back in the game and it says my account is permanently banned? Not sure I understanad.

Also I just created another account with a level 1 and it got banned within 10 minutes!!! What is going on?

Don't use the chat channels until you are level 15.

I have never run any programs before of any kind. I've been just aregular wow player since 04. This is very upsetting and I would just like some clarification as to why my main account was banned. I've just been playing regularly and trying hard to reach 60 to have some fun in some raids again. Thanks
