Account banned

Greetings,

Upon logging in today I was met with a message that one of my accounts were closed. I logged in to the website to get further information and it says my account has been banned permanently but it does not state the reason behind it. May I have the reason as to why my account was banned so that I can provide the necessary information to appeal it?

I have not bought, sold or in any other way participated in any form of an illegal gold transaction. I can see two reasons that would cause a false positive in my case.

1: My main character is called Cryptica and I am the raidleader of Dreamstate. We handle multiple item sales a week and ever since the Vices ban we've made it a point to have an officers alt accept the gold rather then a main to avoid these exact situations being to devastating. As I am uncertain of the time frame of your investigation I am unsure of how far back I need provide evidence, but heres the last three cases where this might have occured:

Sold the Shard of the scale for I believe 300 to Utamaru.

Sold the Nightslayer boots for i believe 275 to Snuffyou.
Sold Might Gloves, pants and chest to Nanmu. I can't remember the sums of these but I believe they were in the region of 300 gold a piece. All of this gold has then later been sent to the Dreamstate guildbank.

2. The second reason would be that i have 4 level 60's on 3 different account that i send gold between interchangeably daily depending on my need at the time. This also includes 2 bank alts on the same account as my rogue, Cryptica.

I hope this clears up the situation, keep in mind that we do a lot of sales and if any of them aren't on realmplayers i may have missed to include them. Either way i can offer a log of these sales from our distribution sheets.

After looking through the forums and finding this ban appeal:

From Snuffyou i believe its safe to say that this transaction where we (Dreamstate) sold the Nightslayer boots for what i believe to be 275 gold should be the reason you suspected my account of having bought/sold gold. If so i hope this matter can be handled swiftly as i've presented the realmplayers logs of the raid in which this item was sold. Please let me know should you require any additional proof.

as already stated above this ban happend due to dreamstate raidsailes and is a mistake. Please unban
