I have been made aware that my account was permanently banned and would like to request some help from you. If there should have been any troubles, I can safely say that everything has been resolved and is of no importance anymore.

I'd like to request a lift from the ban.

The account associated with character "Texxi" on the PVP server has never been banned. Most likely you tried to log in with an incorrect password too many times.

Wait some time (30 mins to 1 hour) and try again.
