Account banned for multiboxing

I apologize but no multiboxing here. I was fishing and my little brother make instance in same house, ofcourse same ip. i have no idea for this ban but gm say you do multiboxing. please review my and little brother account.

We need a character and server name to work with.
Also, we can confirm Multiboxing in multiple ways, we don't just punish players because they play with the same IP.
