Banned again

my account in pve server named xizhuxi, just as a lv20 hunter have banned again.
i can't log in game.
but the web account says "Enjoy your stay on Nostalrius!"
i have been banned in Dec 26

now i can't log in again
there must be some problem of ur auto ban system
