First of all I want to start out by saying this will be a long post if you dont want to bother reading, Don´t. I am looking for any advice or tips on what to do because I am quite lost.
So It´s been quite a while since my account (character Dragomi) PVP server has been banned (Atleast that is what I think and I will let you know why)
Sunday June 21 was the last time I played on Dragomi on my old computer, the next day Monday June 22 I had the new computer and could not log into the game. It said "This world of warcraft account has been closed and is no longer available for use." So first thing you would think is: I wrote a wrong password, Okay so I tried again with the same password. It said the same thing. (Came to find out by testing if you type a wrong password it says unable to connect and not account closure, thats is after several attempts of logging in).
So next thing I make GM tickets, PM Daemon and Viper on the forums.
I have explained myself to Daemon and he has been claiming claiming 2 days straight that the account is permanently banned because it has been sold. Or hacked, Or shared. He was not really clear about it. I asked him to check the logs for any different IP location whatsoever, Yea he did check the logs and I remain perm banned. Okay so I make several gm tickets BOTH gm's have checked the IP where the account has ever been logged on, it has NEVER been anything else or anything suspicious. I link this to Daemon and then He claims the account has NEVER been banned?

Our logs clearly show that this account has been used by several *different* persons (either sold or shared), and that is forbidden by our terms of use.
You may not purchase, sell, gift, share or trade any account, or offer to purchase, sell, gift, share or trade any account, and any such attempt shall be made null and void.

hmm actually there is something I don't understand.
The banned character is Dragomi right ? On the account (blankblankblank)
Then there must be a mistake because this account is not banned currently ...
So this is where he claims 2 days my account has been banned, I have let him know several times regarding which account and character, he insisted in several messages it was PERMANENT banned. He even checked logs.. then suddenly there is a mistake it has never been banned? hmm..)
Has never been closed and it must be MY mistake that I resetted my password by using the ingame command. Well I would have known if I did, right?
I have been watching if the character Dragomi would log into the game after being closed, Maybe it was hacked? It has never been logged on.
So I try to log onto Nostalrius.org to reset my password, Theres no account registered under the 2 usernames, or emails that I use, Very strange cause everything is written down and has never been changed.
Come to think, Several days before I got whispers from people why I am selling my account, Well that suprised me because I am not, why would I sell an account I play so much on? I asked where they get this nonsense from, And yes there it was theres a guy on wow-one selling accounts from nostalrius that are not even his. Heres a skype chat between me and a guy who whisperd me ingame, I asked for his skype so he can send me the logs from the guy who has been posing as me.

So after some re-search on this guy Yep, I found the site where he scams people.

The website apparently where he scams more people and it has been said on the comments.
He is from UAE, I am from holland(you can see that clearly by every text
) So I sent Daemon this, he completely ignores any of the screenshots I have sent him or does not even take time to look into this. Cause if he did he would see there have been making mistakes regarding my account. Now after spamming Daemon with these messages insisting into looking into it, he completely ignored it and came to the conclusion the account has never been locked or banned. Sadly I lost my log in to the nostalrius website and can't change the password or I would have.
Am I the one wrong here? I am wrong for losing the website log in information, yes I know that. But because the story changing from Daemon sides and the GM's could not find anything and because the scammer, it makes me more to think I am banned somehow.
The reason I post this on the forums is because It seems impossible to talk this out with Daemon privately since it's feels like talking to a wall, not getting taken serious. Another reason is because I have spent ALOT of time levelling it to 60 like any other would remember how it was when nostalrius launched.. I have had a decent pvp rank and nice amount of gold, conclusion: I have spent alot of time in this character and would like to get it back
Have you guys had anything similar, any advice or tips on what this could be?
