got banned for no reason again

earlier today i got banned for trying to find a guild (i asked at 3 separate occasions on gen chat) and then you guys resolved that, i logged back in and walked ten feet only to randomly be banned again, im not angry i love this server but i would like to get this resolved, like i started last friday and havent done anything wrong

Don't use the chat until you are level 15.

If you want to be unbanned, write a character name for the GM's.
