got banned for no reason again

earlier today i got banned for trying to find a guild (i asked at 3 separate occasions on gen chat) and then you guys resolved that, i logged back in and walked ten feet only to randomly be banned again, im not angry i love this server but i would like to get this resolved, like i started last friday and havent done anything wrong

Don't use the chat until you are level 15.
If you want to be unbanned, write a character name for the GM's.

thanks and a character name is drael but the one that i got banned on was zelid

As Mimma said, please try to limit the use of public chat channels until your character is approximately level 15.
The account has been unbanned again.
