Account with my character "huqianlight", server PvP has been banned. I would like to know the details. Is it permanent ban? Is there anything I can do to get it unbanned?

The account associated with character "huqianlight" on the PvP realm has been banned for account trading. Sharing, trading or buying/selling of accounts is against our terms of use. The ban was enacted back in November 2015 and is permanent.
