Banned for 2 computers in same house?

I just received a ban aswell as my wife. He accused me of multiboxing. This is not the case we are 2 different people in the same house. This is not multiboxing.
I received a warning earlier today about multiboxing as I was in AV and MC. Again this was a misunderstanding and should be fixed. I told him I understand and wont do again. I didnt even mean to my character AFKed out of AV and i then noticed and logged off.
A few hours later my wife gets home and then logs on her hunter and im in TM. We both get ported to GM island and he accusses us for multiboxing. She is on her own computer I am on my own computer. This is not multiboxing this is 2 people in the same house playing the game.
I want allof these characters unbanned and fixed. This is uncalled for and not right.

Also my brothers account was banned due to account sharing? He is my brother and went into the NYPD Academy during his 3 months. I have logged on to port myself from Kargath and thats it. This is my brother not a friend not a random person but my brother. I was not playing his character to get him gear rep or anything. Only to port myself. Every since he has been back to playing as of last week I have not used his character.
Nathrizyr was the GM that handled this and didnt even care to listen to me when im explaining this. As Kenziebear and I(Faitz) were both moving talkin to him all at the same time.
