Banned?

Hello, I tried to log on when i got home today and it said my account was banned. I havent played it for like 2 weeks. Could you tell me why? I know I was on my last warning but I havent played that toon since then.

I'm level 41 and haven't played in like 2 weeks. So i'm really confused... Spam? I don't even talk in world chat. Well thanks anyways.
