My character ID is "Calpislol",I have reported to you that my account has been hacked,and I lost my Gold,but I still can login.NOW I find that I cannot login,can you help me out fo this situation?Thank you very much!

Account security is your responsibility, and to me it looks like your account is still compromised, and therefore banned by the GM's.
If you chose to make a new account, then use an account name which is different from your ingame and forum name (and RL name), and don't share account details. Not even with your brother
